Cappella of Pueblo West is thrilled to announce that we have received the 2022 Pinnacle Customer Experience Award in numerous service areas, including Overall Satisfaction, Overall Customer Experience, Communication and Quality of Food, among others. Pinnacle Quality Insight surveyed residents and family members over a twelve month period to evaluate their levels of satisfaction. Awarded to the top 15% of participating care providers, this recognition is representative of Cappella of Pueblo West’s best-in-class customer experience.
